NASAs Mars Orbiter Makes Successful Course Correction

NASA's Mars reconnaissance Orbiter successfully tested it's main engines by making a successful tragectory adjustment for reaching Mars on March 10 2006. The spacecraft was launched August 12, 2005 and is in excellent health. It has traveled approximately 3.7 million miles since launch. It has 59.6 million miles still to go before reaching Mars.
