William H. Gerstenmaier, manager of the International Space Station and head of the inquiry regarding the loss of five pieces of foam from the external fuel tank during Discoverys July 26th launch, says that the week-long formal investigation has not yielded an obvious cause of foam loss. NASA has suspended all shuttle flights until the problem is solved.
